These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Wordlle.ai, including its website, applications, research tools, content-generation workflows, integrations, exports and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

The Service is provided by Wordlle (“Wordlle”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a plan or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Wordlle on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and account registration

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. If you use Wordlle for an organisation, the organisation is responsible for activity carried out through its account and workspace.

You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You may not share credentials in a way that circumvents plan limits or enables unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity occurring under your account unless caused by Wordlle’s own breach of security.

2. What Wordlle provides

Wordlle is a content-intelligence platform designed to help users research, plan, create, review, optimise and export content for search engines, answer engines and generative AI systems.

Depending on your plan and product availability, the Service may include:

• live search and SERP research, freshness checks and competitor analysis;
• content briefs, entity and intent mapping, outlines and research blueprints;
• AI-assisted drafting, rewriting, brand-voice adaptation and editorial review;
• SEO, AEO and GEO recommendations and formatting;
• citations, source references and research summaries;
• featured-image generation and document or CMS export;
• team workspaces, saved projects, usage history and integrations.

Features may change, improve, be renamed, enter or leave beta, or be discontinued. We may also impose reasonable usage, rate, storage or fair-use limits to protect Service quality and availability.

3. AI-generated content and research outputs

Wordlle uses artificial intelligence and third-party data sources to assist with research and content creation. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Research results and citations may also change as source pages, search indexes and third-party systems change.

You are responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, editing and approving any output before publication or other use. You should independently verify material facts, quotations, statistics, legal claims, medical claims, financial claims, admissions requirements, pricing, deadlines and other time-sensitive or high-impact information.

Wordlle does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax or other regulated professional advice. The Service should not be used as a substitute for qualified professional judgement.

4. Search rankings, AI citations and performance

Wordlle is designed to improve the quality, structure and discoverability of content, but we do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, impressions, conversions, backlinks, inclusion in AI-generated answers, citations by any AI system, indexing speed or any specific commercial result.

Search engines, answer engines and generative AI providers control their own crawling, indexing, ranking, retrieval and citation systems. Their algorithms, policies and outputs may change at any time and are outside Wordlle’s control.

Any case studies, experiments, examples, testimonials, benchmarks or performance figures shown on our website are illustrative of particular circumstances and are not promises of future results.

5. Your content, inputs and instructions

You retain ownership of content, data, prompts, brand guidelines, source materials, documents and other information you submit to the Service (“Customer Content”). You grant Wordlle a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, reproduce and transmit Customer Content only as necessary to provide, secure, maintain and improve the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

You confirm that you have all rights, permissions and lawful bases necessary to provide Customer Content to Wordlle and to instruct us to process it.

Website and sitemap information.If you give us a website address or sitemap, you confirm that you own or manage that website, or that its owner has authorised you to use it with the Service. You authorise Wordlle to access that website’s publicly available pages, sitemap files and robots.txt file on your behalf, solely to identify its pages and to provide internal-linking features for content generated for you. Wordlle respects the website’s robots.txt instructions and does not access pages that require a login. We keep only the limited information needed to provide these features, and only for as long as necessary.

Internal links may be added to generated content automatically, based on the pages available on your website at the time. You are responsible for reviewing all links before you publish the content.

You must not upload or submit material that:

• infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity or contractual rights;
• contains malware, malicious code or unlawful content;
• includes personal data you are not authorised to process or disclose;
• is intended to impersonate, defraud, harass, threaten or unlawfully discriminate against another person;
• is used to manipulate search or AI systems through deceptive, abusive or unlawful practices.

6. Ownership of generated output

As between you and Wordlle, and to the extent permitted by applicable law and the rights of third parties, you may use, edit, publish and commercialise content generated for you through the Service (“Output”).

AI-generated material may not qualify for intellectual-property protection in every jurisdiction, and similar or identical output may be generated for other users. Wordlle does not guarantee that Output is unique or that its use will not implicate third-party rights.

Wordlle retains ownership of the Service itself, including its software, workflows, interfaces, prompts and orchestration methods, product design, models or model configurations owned by Wordlle, trademarks, documentation and other proprietary technology.

7. Acceptable use

You may use Wordlle only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• use the Service to create, distribute or facilitate unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory or malicious content;
• send spam or operate deceptive content schemes, doorway pages, mass-generated abuse or other activity that violates applicable law or platform policies;
• probe, scan, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape or attempt to extract source code, prompts, model weights or non-public system logic, except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• circumvent usage limits, security controls, access restrictions or payment mechanisms;
• interfere with, overload or disrupt the Service or any connected network;
• submit a website address or sitemap for a website that you do not own or manage, or are not authorised to use, or use the Service to access or crawl any other website;
• resell, sublicense or provide access to the Service as a standalone competing service unless expressly authorised in writing;
• use the Service to develop or train a directly competing product using non-public Wordlle materials or outputs at scale;
• misrepresent AI-generated content as independently verified where doing so would be deceptive or unlawful.

We may investigate suspected misuse and may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties or the Service.

8. Third-party services and sources

Wordlle may rely on or integrate with third-party AI models, search providers, hosting providers, databases, analytics tools, payment processors, CMS platforms and other services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices, and their availability, pricing and functionality may change independently of Wordlle.

Links, citations and references to third-party websites are provided for research convenience. Wordlle does not control or endorse third-party content and is not responsible for its accuracy, legality, availability or continued accessibility.

9. Plans, trials, billing and taxes

Some features may be available free of charge or during an early-access or trial period. Paid features, plans, usage credits and add-ons will be subject to the pricing and limits shown at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing period until cancelled. You authorise Wordlle and its payment processor to charge the applicable fees, taxes and other amounts due using your selected payment method.

You may cancel a paid subscription before the next renewal date to prevent future renewal charges. Cancellation does not normally generate a refund for the current billing period unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties and similar governmental charges, excluding taxes based on Wordlle’s net income.

10. Early access, beta and experimental features

Wordlle may offer beta, preview, experimental or early-access features. These features may be incomplete, change without notice, contain errors or be withdrawn at any time. Unless we expressly state otherwise, beta and early-access features are provided on an “as available” basis and should not be relied upon for mission-critical workflows.

Feedback you voluntarily provide about the Service may be used by Wordlle without restriction or payment to improve and develop the Service, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.

11. Privacy and data protection

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that information may be processed by Wordlle and authorised service providers as necessary to operate the Service.

12. Confidentiality

If you receive non-public information from Wordlle that is identified as confidential or would reasonably be understood to be confidential, you must use reasonable care to protect it and may use it only for your authorised use of the Service.

This obligation does not apply to information that becomes public through no breach of these Terms, was already lawfully known to you, is independently developed without use of confidential information, or is lawfully received from another source without a duty of confidentiality.

13. Service availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may perform maintenance, update systems, change providers, impose limits or temporarily restrict access for security, technical, legal or operational reasons.

We may modify or discontinue features. Where a material change significantly reduces a paid Service, we will use reasonable efforts to provide notice where practical.

14. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may close your account through available account controls or by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, create security or legal risk, abuse the Service, or use it in a way that could harm Wordlle, our users or third parties. Where appropriate, we may give you notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.

On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity and dispute provisions — will continue to apply.

15. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Wordlle disclaims all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, satisfactory quality, non-infringement and uninterrupted availability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wordlle and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, anticipated savings, data, rankings, traffic, citations or opportunities, arising from or related to the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wordlle’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to Wordlle for the Service during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded, including for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

17. Indemnity

If you use the Service on behalf of a business or organisation, you agree, to the extent permitted by law, to defend and indemnify Wordlle against third-party claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable costs arising from: (a) Customer Content; (b) your unlawful or unauthorised use of the Service; or (c) your material breach of these Terms.

18. Disputes

Before filing a formal claim, you and Wordlle agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the other party and allowing at least 30 days for a response, unless urgent injunctive relief is reasonably required.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves or as required by law. If we make a material change, we may provide notice through the Service, by email or by updating the “Last updated” date on this page. Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

20. General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any order form, enterprise agreement or additional terms expressly incorporated by reference, form the entire agreement between you and Wordlle regarding the Service.

If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified only to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent, except as part of a lawful corporate reorganisation or sale of substantially all relevant assets. Wordlle may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganisation or sale of assets.
